Front & Rear Idler Axle Assembly Group  (Includes Alloy Wheels, Bolts)

ASV RC 85, 100, RCV

  • **Includes wheel plates
  • **Double Stacked Tapered Bearings at both ends
  • **Grease Filled, Greaseable - No Liquid Oil

Includes:

  • (1) Axle Assembly
  • (2) Solid Outer 14" Idler Wheels
  • (1) Split Center 14" Idler Wheel
  • (24) 1/2" Bolts and Nuts

**Wheels are not bolted to the assembly, end user will bolt the wheels to the assembly. 

With the tube full of grease, water will not be able to condensate which means no more corrosion on the bearings when properly maintained.

Assembly has a Shielded Grease Fitting for lubrication of bearings with a grease gun. Use standard grease such as a #2 for re-lubrication or something similar.

Install existing rubber factory wheels or upgrade to heavy duty Alloy wheels for a longer wear life.

**Axle Assemblys are Rebuildable - Internal parts and/or axle shaft can be purchased separately
